The image gallery enables you to view images held in Arena.

  1. If the Folders tab is not already selected, click the Folders tab.
  2. Locate the Search box in the Image Gallery panel.
  3. In the Search box type all or part of the image name you want to find.
  4. Click Search. The search results will appear below the Search box.

  1. If the Folders tab is not already selected, click the Folders tab.
  2. Locate the Search box in the Image Gallery panel.
  3. Below the Search box is a list showing folders that contain images in Arena. The Folder column lists the folders. The # of Folders column lists the number of sub-folders within the named folder. The # of images column lists the number of images in each folder.
  4. Click a folder, sub-folders total to browse that location.
  5. If any images are present in the chosen location, they will be displayed. Details will be displayed beside each image.
  6. In Keywords click a keyword to view only images that use that keyword.
