Arena 1.5:Reservations

If you find an item that you would like to borrow, you may reserve it for collection when you next visit the library.

Make a reservation

• Some reservations may incur a fee.

1. Find the item you want to reserve. To learn more see Search.
2. Click the item title to view details about it.
3. Check the Available field to see that at least one copy is available.
4. Click Reserve. Details of the reservation will appear below the item details.
5. In Pickup branch select the library (left list) and branch (right list) form which you would like to collect the item.
6. In Valid from type the date on which you want the reservation to start.
7. In Valid to type the date on which you want the reservation to end.
8. Click Save reservation.

Change a reservation

1. Locate the Navigation panel.
2. Click Profile. (Do not click My stuff, which is a branch of the Profile link in the panel.)
3. Locate the Reservations section in the centre area of the screen.
